These green foam pads are the second most aggressive foam pads in the Rupes line up and have a semi-rigid structure and firmness making them an exceptional pad for both cutting and finishing on a wide variety of paint types from hard, high-solid factory paint to medium and soft paint finishes.

They have the ability to remove sanding marks as coarse as 2000-2500 grit as well as tackle most paint defects such as swirls, scratches, light oxidation, water spots and etchings.

When used with Rupes Quartz Medium Polishing Compound, these pads have the ability to work extremely well as a one-step paint correction method providing equally impressive levels of cut and finish on your dual-action polisher with the proper technique.

For more aggressive pads where greater cutting or levelling abilities are required whilst working with a dual-action polisher, the Rupes Coarse Blue Foam Pads, Rupes Coarse Microfibre Pads and Rupes Coarse Wool Pads do offer an increased defect-removal ability.
