Items that are purchased from our online store can be returned within 14 days from when you received your order. Items that are returned must be unopened, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
Please send all returning parcels to 71 Logistics Street, Keilor Park, VIC 3042
To make a return, please organise for the items to be sent back to us via Australia Post. Once you have done so, please email a photo of the shipping receipt to info@waxit.com.au. As soon as we have received the parcel we will contact you and process any necessary refunds.
In the returning parcel please include:
- The item/s you wish to return
- Information we can use to confirm your order and identity
- Protective measures for fragile items
*Please note for returns due to change of heart you may use any shipping carrier you like
If you wish to exchange/replace the returning items then we kindly ask that you let us know in advance. Otherwise you are free to drop off the items to a member of staff at our Click and Collect facility in Keilor Park.
The returned items will be shipped back to the sender at the buyers expense if:
- The reason for the return is due to a change of heart.
- The condition of the items being returned do not meet the requirements for the return to be accepted.
In all other cases Waxit will compensate the cost of shipping, provided you have emailed a photo of the receipt to info@waxit.com.au once the parcel has been sent.
We will only process the refund through the payment method used to place the order. As soon as the refund is processed a confirmation email will be sent to the email address linked to your account.
Depending on your payment method, in some cases it may take a few business days before the refunded amount can be seen in your account.
The quickest and most convenient way for you to exchange with us is simply to place another order and return the unwanted items back to us. As soon as we have the returned items we will process a refund.
