We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions and process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. General Return Conditions
You may return items purchased from our online store within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Your original order information (such as a copy of the invoice or order number) must be included in the return parcel. Failure to do so will result in processing delays.
Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted for a return and will be sent back to you at your own expense.
2. Refund Process
Step 1: Inspection Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt.
Step 2: Notification We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
Step 3: Refund Issued If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card). Please allow for processing time by your bank or credit card company.
Sale Items: If you are returning an item purchased during a sale, the refund amount will be equal to the discounted price you paid at the time of purchase.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been notified of an approved refund but haven't received it yet, please follow these steps:

4. Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
We will replace items that are defective, damaged in transit, or do not match the product description at the time of purchase.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@waxit.com.au and send your item to our return address.

Shipping Costs: Unless explicitly stated otherwise by us (e.g., for a defective item), you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
High-Value Items: If you are returning an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost in transit.
