Typically orders arrive within the below timeframes for each state. However, as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse it's in the hands of the courier you've selected at checkout. There is always the potential for delays to the delivery schedule.

We understand delays can be very frustrating, especially if you need the items for a last minute job. The best thing you can do is check the tracking code you would have received when your order was sent. If the tracking updates indicate there is a delay then you can lodge a query with Aus Post and they will investigate and give you an updated schedule for delivery.
Alternatively, you can contact us and we will lodge the query on your behalf, then pass on any updates once they are available to us.
Due to the rise in logistics costs over the last few years, we only ship to New Zealand at the moment.
Sometimes large orders are separated into two parcels to ensure we can get the products to you unharmed. If this is the case then we often see the parcel split up in transit and one may arrive before the other. Not to worry though, you can track the updates for the other parcel/s via the tracking link you received when the order was sent.

To qualify for free shipping, a few conditions need to be met:
- The delivery address is within Australia.
- The delivery address is in Victoria and the total weight of the order does not exceed 20kg.
- The delivery address is outside of Victoria and the total weight of the order does not exceed 12kg.
- The order does not include a particularly bulky item such as an Economax Bucket, a Metrovac Vacuum, Pressure washers, etc..
