Can you please send your order details and a photo of the broken/damaged item(s) to info@waxit.com.au for our records. Once we've received that email we can work on getting you new products as soon as possible!
We are so sorry this has happened. For our records, can you please send an email to info@waxit.com.au with a photo of your invoice and the items you received. Our warehouse team will crosscheck the items you received with the items processed at the time your order was packed. We'll immediately organise to get you any missing items as soon as possible!
Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to change/edit existing orders. We may be able to cancel the order provided the order hasn't already been sent out.
