The T130 Wool Heavy Cutting pad is designed to make cutting paintwork much quicker and easier with its high nap design, while still allowing one step finishing possible on certain paintworks.
The T130 can be used on both Rotary and DA machines with ease and are capable of removing 1500 grit scratches and marks from paintwork. -

Seem to be a clone of the Rupes Yellow Wool pads but at a fraction of the cost. Shinemate mentioned all their pads can be used for Rotary and DA but these seem more a DA pad.
