Loyalty Rewards

If you're a frequent shopper at Waxit, joining Waxit Rewards can be a great way to make the most of your shopping experience and receive exclusive rewards. The program is tiered, which means that the more you shop, the higher your tier will be, and the more exclusive benefits you will receive.
To join Waxit Rewards, you can sign up on the Waxit website. Once you're a member, you can start earning points with every purchase/referral, and you'll be able to redeem those points for rewards.

To redeem a reward once you've signed up and started earning points. Open the rewards portal via either the 'Rewards' button or 'Loyalty' navigation tab and follow the prompts.
At the moment, only one discount or loyalty rewards claim code can be used at checkout. If you wish to redeem multiple codes, send us an email and we can organise it for you.
We will happily backdate any rewards points for orders placed after the time the loyalty rewards program launched (Aug 2020).
Send us an email from the email address assigned to your Waxit account and we will be able to retrieve any unused codes.
Good news, we change the claimable rewards every couple of months. In order to cater for everyone and provide you with a range of good options, we will only add popular products from different categories.
Items that have already been used and/or opened will not be accepted for a return and refund. Item's must be returned to Waxit unused, unopened and in a saleable condition.
